WOD 21-2-2011

5 rounds for time of :

5 deadlifts - 60kg/40kg
10 jumping pull ups
20 ball slams - 9 kg/4kg

1st WOD posted for CFPT. Gym has been prepared and ready to rock. 3-2-1 GO!
