Warm up

'Tabata air squat'
8 intervals of twenty seconds work/10 seconds rest, the clock does not stop.
(Rest in the standing position)



20 Minute AMRAP of

1 x Rope climb
1 x 400m Run
Max effort hand stand push ups.

Post rounds and Hand stand push ups.
