Strength - Deadlift

Find a 1 rep max

Conditioning - "AIR FORCE WOD"

For time :

20 thrusters
20 SDHP
20 push press
20 OH squat
20 front squat

All performed with 40kg.
**Start the workout with 4 burpees and repeat 4 burpees at the turn of every minute**
