WOD 10-6-2011

Strength - Power Clean

3 @ 70% 1RM
3 @ 80% 1RM
AMRAP @ 90% 1RM

Conditioning

In a 4 minute window
Run 400m
In the remaining time perform an AMRAP of :
3 squat cleans 40/20kg
6 push press 40/20kg
9 burpees

Rest 2 mins between rounds and repeat for a total of 3 rounds
