WOD 12-8-2011

A) For time
150 double unders/300 single unders

B) 5 rounds for time:
5 clean + jerk 60/40kg
25 metre bear walk
20 KB swings 24/16kg.

C) 3 x max rep competition push ups. Rest as required between attempts.
