WOD 16 - 8-2011

For time :

At the start of every minute perform 5 deadlifts 120kg/6okg. For the remainder of the minute perform burpees. Continue until you reach 50 burpees.

Rest 2 mins

At the start of every minute perform 5 box jumps, for the remainder of the minute perform KB swings 24/16 kg. Continue until you reach 75 KB swings

Rest 2 mins

At the start of every minute perform 5 pull ups. For the remainder of the minute perform double unders. Continue until you reach 150 double unders/300 single unders.
