WOD 23-8-2011

A) Warm up and spend some time practicing your weaknesses.

B) 5 rounds for time:
1 shoulder press
3 push press
5 thrusters
(use a weight that is going to be challenging)

Rest 1 min

50 box jumps

Rest 3 mins

then in 5 mins
50 push ups
in the remaining time perform max rep burpees.
