Strength - Back Squat

Conditioning : For time :
21, 15, 9 reps of
Wall ball 9/4kg
KB swing 24/16kg
double unders

Finisher : In a 3 min window
Run 400m
in the remaining time perform as many reps as possible (AMRAP) on pull ups
