A) Burgener warm up
Snatch tekkers with pvc pipe.

for time:
Run 400m
30 wall balls 9/4kg
20 pull ups
30 box jumps
20 sumo deadlift high pull 40/25 kg
30 burpees
20 shoulder to overhead 50/30kg
Run 400m

C) Stretch and mobility
