Conditioning : for time
10 thrusters
50 m sprint
10 burpees
50 metre sprint
9 thrusters
50 metre sprint
9 burpees
50 metre sprint
8 thrusters
50 metre sprint
8 burpees

and so on until you reach

1 thruster
50 metre sprint
1 burpee
50 metre sprint
