WOD 14-10-2011

Strength - Overhead squat
3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning
Death by pull up and air squat.
On the first minute 1 pull up,1 air squat
2nd minute 2 pull ups,2 air squats
and so on until you miss the desired reps within the minute.
