WOD 15-10-2011

Guys the gym will only be open from 7am till 8.30am tomorrow due to a very important game of chase the egg!!!

In honour of this huge fixture we have come up with the WOD :

"Rugby World Cup Semi Final Gone Bad"

Spend 1 minute on each station for a total of 5 mins

Burpee box jumps
Push press 50/30kg
Calorie row
Power clean 60/40kg
Double unders

Rest 1 min and repeat for a total of 3 rounds
