A)Back squat
5 sets of 5 reps @ 75per cent of 1RM
followed immediately with 5 box jumps after each set.

B) 5 rounds for time
15 KB swings
10 Knees 2 Elbow
5 wall walks

C) 3 min AMRAP
Rope climbs
