A) Back squat

B) Conditioning - For time:
21 hang power clean 40/20kg
21 pull ups
21 comp press ups
20 m bear walk
15 hang power clean
15 pull ups
15 comp press ups
20 metre bear walk
9 hang power clean
9 pull ups
9 comp press ups
20 metre bear walk.

C) Stretch and mobilise.
