Warm up
200 double unders for time

For time:
Run 400m
25 deadlifts 80/60 kg
50 sit ups
25 hang power cleans 50/30 kg
50 box jumps
25 push press 50/30 kg
50 kb swings 24/16 kg
25 burpees
50 pull ups
Run 400 m
