Strength - Power clean

1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning -

For 8 minutes -
Every 30 seconds:
Perform 1 Power @ 75% 1RM
Clean and 5 Ball Slams @9/4Kg

For every rep not completed perform 1 handstand push up.

Finisher -

3 attempts at max rep pull ups
