WOD - 27/12/2011

A) Warm up - 3 attempts at Max effort 400m run rest as needed between efforts.

B) Strength - Back Squat

3-3-3-3-3

C) Conditioning

15 min AMRAP of

50 Double unders
25 KB swings 24Kg
10 Box jumps

We will be running only an evening sessions on the 27th, these will be held 6-7pm 7-8pm.
