WOD - 27/12/2011

A) Warm up - 3 attempts at Max effort 400m run rest as needed between efforts.

B) Strength - Back Squat


C) Conditioning

15 min AMRAP of

50 Double unders
25 KB swings 24Kg
10 Box jumps

We will be running only an evening sessions on the 27th, these will be held 6-7pm 7-8pm.
