WOD 26-4-2012


A) Shoulder press
   4,4,4,4,4 reps @ 75% of 1RM


B) On the minute for 10 mins
   Sprint 100 m
   Rest for the remainder of the minute.

C) 2 x 15 ring dip (no kip)  If you can do 15 ring dips comfortably, add weight.
     2 x 10 Upright row
