WOD 22-5-2012

A) 3 x 400m sprints
  3 min rest between efforts

B) DEATH BY THRUSTERS
On the first min do 1 thruster 45/30kg
On the second minute do 2 thrusters
and so on until you fail to meet the required number of reps.

C) TABATA Sledgehammer swings
