A) Spend 15 mins practicing a weakness.

B) THE CHIEF
3 min AMRAP of:
3 power cleans 60/40 kg
6 push ups (hand release)
9 air squats

Rest 1 min and repeat for a total of 5 rounds

C) 3 x max effort plank.
