WOD 8-5-2012

A) Strict press
   5 x 2 reps @90% 1RM

B) Power clean and pull up ladder
On the first min do:
 1 power clean 60/40kg
1 pull up
2nd minute
2 power clean
2 pull ups
And so on.Continue until you fail to make the required reps.

C) For time:
Run 1 mile
