A) Hang Snatch
   5 x 3 reps. Set a 3 rep max.
  Rest 60 secs between sets.

B) "999"
5 rounds for time of:
9 thrusters 40/25kg
9 KB swings 32/24kg
9 burpees

C) For time :
   500m row - set a new pb
