A) Squat Clean

5 x 2 (Don't release the bar between reps, and don't rest the bar more than 3 seconds on the ground between reps)

B) Every 30 Seconds for 10 minutes perform

1 x Power Snatch 70/35Kg
1 x Hang Power Snatch 70/35Kg
1 x Over Head Squat 70/35Kg

Start at Rx weight and reduce as needed, your score is the weight left on the bar at the end of the workout!
