WOD - 18/06/2012

A)Strength - Deadlift

Establish a new 1RM

B) Complete 5 rounds:

You have 1 minute to complete the following:

5 x KB Swings - 32Kg/24Kg

1 x 40 meter Suicide run*

*Suicide Run -
Run and touch the 10m line then back to the start line,
Run and touch the 20m line then back to the start line,
Run and touch the 30m line then back to the start line,
Run and touch the 40m line then back to the start line and rest.

Rest 60 seconds between rounds
If you do not make the 1 minute mark count a penalty.
