A) Front Squat

5 x 3 @ 80% of 1RM

B)  For time:

70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 24/16Kg
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

C)

3 x 10 Weighted walking lunge (Bar racked in front)
3 x 10 Jumpin Squats (Bar racked in front)
