A) Spend 10-15 mins practicing a weakness.

B) For time:
250 double unders

C) For time:
 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of
Sumo deadlift high pull 50/30 kg
Push press 50/30kg
**Run 100 metres between each round

D) 3 x max effort hollow rocks
