A) 'Chipper'

21 Kettlebell swing 32/23kg
15 Pull ups
9 Snatch 60/40kg
9 Kettlebell swing 32/24Kg
15 Pull ups
21 Snatch 60/40kg

Start with and on each min perform 5 Burpees!

B) Tabata alternating hollow rocks and V ups
