A) Clean and Jerk


B) On the minute

Complete 2 front squats & one 60 yard shuttle on the minute for 8 minutes.

*Front squat weight = body weight + 10Kg
*For shuttle, sprint 30m, touch and sprint back to the line.

C) Tabata Alternating V ups / Hollow Rocks
