WOD 9-7-2012

A) Power clean
3-3-3-3-3 @ 85% 1RM

B) 5 rounds for time:
5 power snatch 50/30kg
7 overhead squat 50/30kg
9 burpees

C) 2 x 15 ring pulls (add weight if necessary)
2 x 10 bent over row (heavy)
