A) As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

5 Deadlifts - 100/60kg
25 Double Unders

Rest 3 mins

B) As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

5 Push press - 50/30Kg
100m run

Rest 3 mins

C) As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

5 Power Clean 50/30Kg
25 Double unders.
