A) Deadlift
3,3,3,3,3 @ 85% of 1RM

B) 3 rounds of :
15 hang power cleans 60/40kg
15 plate burpees
On completion of WOD immediately perform 150 double unders

C) GHD raises 3 x 10
Add weight if necessary.
