A) Strict press

B) "FIGHT GONE BAD"
1 round = 1 min on each station for max reps
Wall balls 9/4kg
Sumo deadlift high pull 35/25 kg
Box jumps 24/20"
Push press 35/25 kg
Row for calories

Rest 1 min and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

C) 3 x 10 band pull aparts
