WOD 17-8-2012

Great effort by all last night in FIGHT GONE BAD. The place was buzzing and everybody smashed it to pieces. Outstanding effort!!!

A) Tekkers - Hand stand walks/ hand stand holds.
If you are unable to do a handstand walk/hold, practice them assisted with a partner.

B) For time :
Run 1200 m
50 thrusters 30/20 kg
30 pull ups

Rest 3 mins

50,40,30,20,10 reps of :
Double unders
Sit ups

** Your score is the total time for B and C combined including your 3 minute rest time.
