A) Deadlift
2-2-2-2-2 @ 90% 1RM

B) Complete 5 rounds for time:
20m Bear Crawl
3 Deadlifts - 140/80Kg
10 Burpees over the bar

C) Tabata air squat
Rest down stairs!
