A) OH Squat
4-4-4-4-4 @ 70% 1 RM

B) 8 rounds for max reps
50/30 kg hang power clean  for 20 secs
Rest 10 secs
50/30 kg push press for 20 secs
Rest 10 secs

C) 3 x 20 m backward band sprint
