A) Snatch
3-3-3-3-3 @ 80% 1RM

B) 10 min AMRAP
1 power clean 70/50 kg
10 double unders
2 power clean
20 double unders
3 power clean
30 double unders

And so on until the 10 mins is reached.

C) 3 rounds of weighted push up drop sets.

D) Mobilise and stretch.
