A) Back squat
3-3-3-3-3 @ 80% 1RM

B) For time:
1 strict press @ 65% bodyweight
1 strict pull up
3 strict press
3 strict pull up
5 strict press
5 strict pull up
Rest 1 min and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

C) 3 x 12 reps weighted lunge (6 per leg)
