WOD 18-11-2012

A) Front Squat
5,5,5,5,5 @ 80% of 1RM

B) Hang power snatch
5,5,5 - heavy

C) On the first minute perform
1 kb swing 32/24 kg
1 burpee
2nd minute perform
2 kb swing
2 burpee
And so on until you fail to reach the number of reps required for the minute.
