A) Spend 15 mins practicing a weakness
Here's a few to pick from - double unders, bar muscle ups, pull ups, HSPU, handstand walks, overhead squat, front rack position among many more.

B) 20 min AMRAP
Run 400m
2 rounds of
5 hang clean 70/40 kg
7 pull ups
9 box jumps 24/20"

C) Mobilise
