WOD 8-11-2012

A)Spend 10-15 mins practicing a weakness.

B) In pairs complete the following :
30 clean and jerks for time 60/40kg
100 pull ups
150 wall balls
150 KB swings 24/16kg

Partition the reps as you see fit, but try to ensure that both partners do an equal amount of reps.
