WOD 31-12-2012

Final WOD of 2012 at CFPT!!!
Have a great new year guys, let's see it off in style!!!

A) TABATA
Deadlift 80/60kg
Burpees

Alternate between the two movements
20 secs work, 10 secs rest for a total of 8 mins.

B) 5 rounds for time :
10 kb swings 32/24 kg
5,10,15 metre shuttle run

C) Mobilise
