What you can expect!

Here at Crossfit Port Talbot our exercise prescription is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The aim of which is to forge a broad, general, inclusive fitness where you are guaranteed to get the most out of your workouts.



What we have at Crossfit Port Talbot is a selection of equipment which you will use to give you a full body functional workout. Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning programme designed to increase an individuals competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains, which are:

~Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance

~Stamina

~Flexibility

~Power

~Speed

~Coordination

~Agility

~Balance

~Accuracy



We aim to do this through the implementation of our daily WOD (workout of the day) where we coach individuals in a group setting focussing on correct mechanics and technique, scaling our workout to meet the individuals ability. In Crossfit "ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY" so every time you enter our box you will be performing a new workout which keeps our programming exciting and fresh!! Boredom is definitely not an issue at our facility.



At our Box you will not find people in mirrors performing Bicep curls or lateral raises. You will find people climbing ropes, flipping tyres, skipping, swinging kettlebells, olympic lifting, etc etc, all performed at high intensity!!
